We are keenly aware that the pursuit of disputes through the courts can be a very costly business, both financially, in terms of time and energy, and what it can cost a client in their personal and professional lives. That is why our policy is to help clients evaluate the options available to them and to assess the best course of action based on each client’s individual needs. We have extensive experience in negotiating settlements, dealing with applications to the Personal Injuries Board, and litigation in the Circuit Court and High Court.
